The inspiration for this Freshly Brewed Project is ….
Favourite Retiring Product
It is that time of year again when we have to say goodbye to some of our favourite stamping products. To try and pick just one for this post was hard, there are so many I could show case. But as some of the retiring products are no longer available I thought I would pick one of my favorites from the retiring mini catalogue.

The Layered with Kindness stamp set. This set is one of our Distinktive stamps – Creating different shades in a single stamped image for realistic depth and intensity. It also has not one but two coordinating punches, both of which are carrying over to the new catalogue.
I created these projects for a Product based class. I always try to show how to use the stamp set in a few different ways. There are also some other retiring products here that are are some of my favourites. The Copper Dotted Treat Bags, 1/4″Copper Trim and the Noble Peacock Rhinestones. I’m really going to miss the copper trim, I love the way you can tease it out to add extra texture and interest. The colour palette that I have used for these projects are from the Subtles Collection, giving a nice soft look.
The next two cards use the same stamp set and were created for a Technique class using the Chalkboard Technique.

Now let’s go hopping …
