The inspiration for this Freshly Brewed Project is ….
Stack of Cards
We all have a stash of Designer Series Paper (DSP). Sometimes it is hard to cut it up for anything. Using it as a base for creating a stack of cards makes picking your colour palette a lot easier with coordinating ink, card stock, stamps and embellishments. When you add a template for cutting up the DSP you have a great pairing and you are well on your way to creating beautiful cards.
For this stack of cards I used Garden Lane Designer Series Paper and the Whisper White Note Cards and Envelopes, Rooted in Nature Bundle and the words from Magnolia Blooms plus a variety of Embossing Folders and embellishments.

For this project you will only need a 6 x 6 inch piece of DSP of your choice.
Using the below template cut the DSP into the different pieces as shown.
The Fun part is working out how you are going to arrange your cut pieces of DSP. You might want to adhere them to a mat in a coordinating colour or flag them. You might even want to use both sides of the DSP to add some contrast and a bit more variety. It is up to you how you finish your cards and add as many layers and embellishments as you want.
Here is another example from a class I ran in 2018.

I hope you give it a try.
Now let’s go hopping …
